Our talented and imaginative chef David Buchman is a true maestro behind the marvelous five-course meals at the Symphony Hotel. David spent six years at the Maisonette, where he was Sous-chef and Roundsman. He is also a graduate of the Cincinnati Culinary Arts School. He specializes in a cuisine which he calls "Light French," creating delicacies that have to be tasted to be believed.
