Our marvelous five-course dinners and Sunday Brunch are served in the hotel’s elegant dining room.

We specialize in a new American cuisine with a strong emphasis upon local purveyors and seasonal offerings, creating delicacies that have to be tasted to be believed. Here at the Symphony Hotel Restaurant, you can enjoy your gourmet per-concert dinner right before the Symphony or Opera.   • “NEW AMERICAN” CUISINE
    The Symphony Hotel Restaurant offers a “New American” Cuisine that follows the new American health conscious food trend. Our chefs create a monthly menu using locally sourced fresh ingredients, wild caught fish, free range chicken and highly creative vegetarian dishes for a memorable dining experience.
  • PRE-CONCERT DINING
    $45.00
    We serve our 5 Course Menu before CSO, POPS, May Festival and Opera performances. Reservations are Available from 5pm to 6pm. We ask that you give us your entree choice prior to reservation time. Dessert is chosen during dinner.
  • 5 COURSE
    $45.00
    Served Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm to 11pm. Our 5 Course Menu includes: Soup, Salad, Sorbet, Entree Choice and Dessert. Our menu changes each month and offers 4 entree choices: Wild Caught Fish, Steak/Beef, Free Range Chicken or our Vegetarian Entree. We ask that you give us your entree choice prior to reservation time. Dessert is chosen during dinner. Our Signature Coffee and Iced/Hot Tea is included.
  • 3 COURSE DINNER
    $36.00
    On Thursday, Friday and Saturday our 3 Course Menu is offered. The 3 Course Menu is not offered for Pre-Concert Dining. Included: Entree Choice and (Choose 2) Soup, Salad, Sorbet or Dessert. Our Signature Coffee and Iced/Hot Tea is also Included. You can dine in our "Historic Dining" room or you can dine in our lounge while listening to live music.
